The Government of India has made giant strides in addressing the needs of a young workforce that constitutes the larger part of the population of the country. Initiatives to work alongside instead of the earlier top-down approach, with a willingness to adapt and listen has resulted in policies to ease business and increase interaction with citizens. Initiatives and policies for Startups, DigitalIndia, Accessible India, arts & culture, insurance, healthcare, MSME finance, ease of doing business, would get a further fillip with design intervention.
