Background
Founded in 2006, Meril is an India-based global medical device company dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and distributing clinically relevant, state-of-the-art medical devices to alleviate human suffering. Despite offering best-in-class products, the company’s website failed to reflect the innovation and quality embedded in their offerings, impacting brand perception and engagement.
The Problem
Although Meril’s brand was centered around life-enhancing, cutting-edge products, their website did not effectively convey this. The lack of alignment between the brand’s promise and its digital presence resulted in a missed opportunity to engage key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and investors. This disconnect was undermining the brand’s influence and reputation in a competitive market.
