Design evolves very quickly! Eumo was given a mandate to create a new retail identity to communicate the repositioning of the Kaya brand from a medical expertise brand to a consumer brand which capitalizes on beauty through expertise.
Our challenge was to create an inspiring, active, motivating work environment that truly defines and embeds brand personality. The colors, materials, textures, and graphics speak the language of warmth and friendliness merging with scientific expertise. With emphasis on clean lines and reducing clutter, the new Kaya retail identity offers a premium space. The customer journey was simplified, with an emphasis on an optimal service experience and spaces within the clinic restructured to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
