LAKME an iconic Indian brand symbolising a contemporary Indian interpretation of beauty, needed a retail facelift for their salons to resonate better with their brand personality.
Eumo worked the brief into the larger context of an experience for a captive audience within a branded environment. We introduced concepts unique to Lakme, such as a semi-transparent exterior facade allowing a glimpse into a modern salon, creating island style stations for stylists to fuss over their customers and surround them with rich brand visuals. The retail experience works on many levels. It creates brand salience, develops brand loyalty and advocacy while enhancing functional efficiencies and must-have hygiene levels through clever detailing. Ultimately, a feel-good environment that inspires the salon staff and gets transferred through delightful service to the customer.
