The Piramal group needed an identity to represent their premium residential projects. The brand had to reflect not only a luxurious living environment but also its underlying philosophy of harmony and tranquillity, the regenerative nature of life and its influence on Indian culture. The brand had to convey a Zen lifestyle that is as elevated as it is in touch with nature.
The identity had to unify the various properties under the umbrella of Piramal Realty’s premium residences. The project names in the identity vary per location across the city and are locked into the Piramal Realty logo using specific guidelines provided. The logo is derived from the concept of the tree of life – a symbol of growth and prosperity as it is that of serenity. The elements of flora and fauna composed elegantly within a circular graphic are meant to convey a harmonic relationship with nature reflecting a spiritually fertile living environment.
