Satyam Computers sought to create a powerful environment where global clients could understand the company’s technological capabilities, entrepreneurial culture and evolving business models.
EuMo (erstwhile RJB-Design) designed the Satyam Live client briefing centre as an immersive narrative environment that enables Satyam Computers to present its technology capabilities, business methodologies and client success stories to global stakeholders, strengthening credibility and engagement with international clients.

The ambition was to build a dedicated client briefing centre that would –
present Satyam’s technology expertise and delivery methodologies to international clients,
demonstrate the company’s infrastructure and innovation capabilities through real case studies,
communicate the entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative culture of Satyam teams,
strengthen credibility with global stakeholders through a structured and immersive experience.
The centre needed to go beyond conventional corporate presentations and create an experience that would leave a lasting impression on visiting clients and partners.

EuMo approached the project as a strategic opportunity to transform the traditional corporate presentation into a structured experience journey.
The central insight was that technology companies compete on engineering capability as well as on their ability to communicate vision, innovation and partnership potential.
The briefing centre therefore needed to translate Satyam’s technical expertise into a narrative that global clients could experience intuitively.
Narrative Architecture
The experience was designed as a sequential journey that gradually reveals the story of the organisation.
Visitors move through a series of spaces where the company’s technological achievements, business methodologies and client success stories are presented through structured storytelling.
This approach ensured that complex technical information could be understood quickly while maintaining engagement and curiosity.
The environment automatically guides visitors from one space to another using controlled lighting, sensory cues and visual transitions.

Visual and Sensory Storytelling
The storytelling approach relied on multiple forms of media including –
multi-screen projection environments,
interactive digital displays,
case study narratives presented through layered visual storytelling,
testimonials from clients and partners.
Rather than presenting information in a conventional format, the centre reveals the softer, intangible aspects of the organisation, including culture, entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative values.

Business and Strategic Impact
Stronger client engagement: The immersive briefing environment enabled visiting clients to understand Satyam’s capabilities and business methodologies quickly and clearly through live case studies.
Improved global credibility: The experience reinforced Satyam’s position as a technologically advanced and innovation driven IT services company.
More effective business conversations: Structured storytelling helped translate complex technology services into clear business outcomes for international stakeholders.
Differentiated client experience: The immersive environment created a memorable engagement platform that distinguished Satyam from competing IT firms.
Why the investment mattered
The briefing centre became a strategic communication platform that strengthened how Satyam engaged with global clients and partners. It enabled the company to present its technology leadership with clarity and demonstrate real client success through structured case studies.
By creating a distinctive environment for global business dialogue, the centre supported stronger relationships and more effective conversations with international stakeholders. The project demonstrates how immersive briefing environments can help technology companies build credibility and deepen engagement in competitive global markets.
