The FHR Golf Villas form a cluster of 26 luxury residences within the larger Forest Hills Resort development. EuMo developed the architectural and interior design language for the villas, translating the client’s exposure to global leisure destinations into a cohesive residential environment rooted in the landscape of the resort.

The client, an avid traveller and golf enthusiast, envisioned bringing the relaxed lifestyle of international leisure villas to the Forest Hills Resort campus. The ambition was to create a distinctive residential offering that combines the warmth and openness of modern Spanish Mediterranean architecture with the spatial comfort of private resort living.
EuMo was engaged to interpret this vision through architecture, interiors and spatial planning developing a coherent villa typology that could operate as part of a branded residential ecosystem while responding sensitively to the resort landscape.

Site Planning within the Resort Landscape
The 26 villas are organised as a defined residential enclave within the Forest Hills Resort campus, carefully structured to balance privacy with openness while maintaining visual continuity across the development. The planning ensures that each villa retains its own identity while collectively contributing to a coherent residential neighbourhood within the larger resort landscape.
Mediterranean Architectural Language
The architectural identity draws inspiration from modern Spanish Mediterranean villas characterised by warm materials, textured surfaces, balanced proportions and inviting outdoor thresholds. Rather than replicating historic forms, the design reinterprets Mediterranean cues through a contemporary lens suited to the regional context.
This approach creates an environment that feels relaxed, sunlit and hospitality-oriented while maintaining architectural restraint.

Hospitality-Led Residential Planning
Each villa is structured around clear spatial zones that support both private living and social gatherings. Living and dining areas are designed as open, interconnected spaces, often anchored by bar counters or family lounges that encourage informal interaction. Bedrooms are positioned to maximise privacy and comfort, while circulation allows fluid movement between interior spaces and outdoor terraces.
Interior Language & Material Harmony
The interiors adopt a warm, layered palette of natural materials, soft textiles and muted tones that evoke Mediterranean homes. Furniture, lighting and finishes were selected to create an atmosphere of quiet sophistication rather than overt luxury. The design maintains visual continuity across the villas while allowing subtle variations.
