EuMo designed the workplace environment for Club Mahindra as an employee experience and environment branding system that translates the brand’s philosophy of “Good Living. Happy Families.” into a corporate setting. Using colour strategy, abstraction and spatial design, the intervention creates a workplace that reinforces brand culture while supporting employee engagement.

Club Mahindra set out to create a workplace that expresses its philosophy of “Good Living. Happy Families.” while enhancing employee experience and connection.
The intent was to design a space that evokes the essence of holiday living without relying on literal imagery, creating a workplace that feels uplifting, calm and aligned with the brand’s ethos.

EuMo reframed the approach by moving away from literal representation to experiential abstraction. The environment needed to evoke the feeling of a holiday, not replicate its visuals.
A colour-led workplace design system inspired by the rainbow spectrum was developed, where each zone transitions into another, creating a gradual shift in mood and energy. This was complemented by environmental graphics and three-dimensional natural elements, embedding brand expression without overwhelming the workspace.

Business and Strategic Impact
Stronger cultural alignment: The workplace reflects Club Mahindra’s brand philosophy through environment design.
Enhanced employee experience: A balanced sensory environment supports comfort during long work hours.
Distinct workplace identity: The office stands apart as a brand-led corporate environment.
Improved workplace engagement: The space encourages a more positive and connected employee experience.
Why the investment mattered
The intervention transformed the workplace into a subtle but consistent extension of the brand experience, reinforcing culture without relying on overt communication. By shifting from literal imagery to mood-driven design, Club Mahindra created an environment that supports both employee wellbeing and brand alignment.
The project demonstrates how workplace design and environment branding can embed brand philosophy into everyday experience, strengthening organisational culture while maintaining functional efficiency.
